A Revival of the Science of Electricity.

Vril Science follows the hardware, history and experimental traditions. The thread runs through Lakhovsky, Beck, Lindemann, Babcock, Dollard, Bedini, Tesla and the researchers who kept building, measuring and testing.

In the digital age, the real science of electricity has been lost.

A modern build rooted in historical high-voltage apparatus.

The VRIL MWO is built around a pulse modulator, high-voltage resonator coils and paired antenna structures. The pulse-modulator architecture was engineered with Eric Dollard; Peter Lindemann and Paul Babcock contributed to the wider MWO project.

Photographic record: 2021 MD-1E/UA

The archived nameplate reads “MODEL MD-1E/UA,” “PULSE MODULATOR,” and “FREQUENCY RANGE 700 TO 1000 KC.” This is presented as a documented 2021 build detail, not as a specification for every later revision.

Historical Thread

The patent was only part of the story.

Georges Lakhovsky built Multiwave Oscillators in the 1930s and 1940s. His U.S. Patent 1,962,565 documents an apparatus using circuits oscillating under multiple wavelengths, while the old VRIL archive notes that the patent did not reveal the complete circuit used in later machines.

VRIL’s work grew out of the research trail preserved by experimenters, Borderland Sciences material, later reverse-engineering efforts and years of hands-on development around the apparatus itself.

Bedini RPX Sideband Generator

3.1 MHz carrier. Audio modulation. Sidebands you can see on the bench.

Developed by John Bedini, the RPX combines a stable 3.1 MHz carrier with audio frequencies. When those signals mix, new frequencies appear at the sum and difference of the carrier and audio input. The unit also supports sweeping, an external signal-generator input and the optional Pump Wave.

Analog signal generation

The current EMediaPress description identifies the RPX signal generator as analog and documents broad sweep, narrow-band operation and external signal-generator support.
